Barry T. Shevlin is the founder of and Senior Partner in the law firm Shevlin & Atkins, Attorneys at Law.  Barry has more than twenty-nine (29) years of legal experience and focuses his practice on various levels of corporate and business law, commercial and business litigation, probate and estate planning, as well transactional work involving real estate, leasing, commercial landlord-tenant matters, acquisitions and sales of residential and commercial properties, refinancing, and corporate and business transactions.  Barry represents numerous local businesses and serves as corporate counsel to several successful South Florida corporations. Additionally, Barry and his firm handle the legal affairs for some of the larger commercial real estate property owners in the area.

Barry has been affiliated with Shevlin & Atkins, Attorneys at Law since the firm’s inception in 2004.
